Orange Sherbet Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add sherbet and mix well. When partially set, add mandarin oranges and fold in whipped cream.
