Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. each beef and pork, cubed
2 c. onions, chopped
1 c. green peppers, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 bay leaves
2 tsp. cumin
2 c. red kidney beans
3 Tbsp. chili powder
3 c. tomatoes, crushed
1 c. beef stock
1 c. water
dash of red pepper flakes
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Bring all ingredients, except kidney beans, to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
Add kidney beans and cook for 10 minutes more.
When serving in bowls, sprinkle chopped Monterey Jack cheese, chopped onion and sour cream on top.
