German Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 sticks butter or butter flavored Crisco
2 heads cabbage
2 pared apples
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. red wine vinegar
2 chopped onions
Preparation

Saute cabbage and onions in butter.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer.
