Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
4 eggs
Preparation

Pour boiling water over oleo in saucepan.
Bring to boil and stir until oleo melts.
Add flour all at once and stir with wooden spoon until mixture leaves the side of pan and forms ball.
Remove from heat.
Immediately add eggs one at a time, beating smooth. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 30 to 40 additional minutes.
