Banana-Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium carrots
2 medium bananas
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. oat bran
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. wheat flour
1 large egg
2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 12 cup muffin tin.
Grate carrots.
Mash bananas.
Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and beat well.
Stir in bananas.
In a small bowl, mix together oat bran, wheat germ, flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Add to banana mixture.
Add carrots, vanilla and nuts carefully.
Fill muffin tin and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
