Hot Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichokes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain artichokes and chop.
    Mix together other ingredients. Pour into 2 small souffle dishes and bake until golden and bubbly in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Great on crackers.
