Overnight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head lettuce
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. granulated sugar
2 boiled eggs
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Layer all ingredients.
Do not stir.
Save some bacon and cheese for topping.
Combine mayonnaise and sugar and pour on top of layered salad.
Garnish with bacon and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight, covered with Saran Wrap.
When ready to serve, mix lightly.
