Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small jars French's mustard
40 large ears tender corn, cut off cob
8 large red bell peppers, cut fine
8 large green bell peppers, cut fine
1 qt. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. celery salt
2 Tbsp. salt
6 c. sugar
8 large onions, cut fine
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients
together.
Cook
and stir until it boils. Cook for 20
minutes or more until tender.
Put in hot jars and seal.
Very good with meats and vegetables.
