Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 egg whites
4 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
Preparation

Add eggs to milk.
Stir. Then add extract, juice and rind. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar slowly and then salt. Pour filling into baked pie shell.
Top with egg whites.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
