Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. baking potatoes
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. onion salt
    paprika or chopped parsley (garnish)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and
    cut into cubes.
    Cook until tender in boiling water.
    Drain and place in a large bowl.
    Add next five ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
    Do not overbeat.
    Spoon into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Makes 10 servings.
