Crab And Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf sandwich bread
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    8 oz. fresh crab or 1 can
    16 oz. fresh shrimp or 2 cans
    3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread and butter.
    Cut into cubes.
    Place bread, eggs and onion in plastic bag.
    Shake up and put in refrigerator overnight. Add celery, crab, shrimp and mayonnaise to bread mixture and chill. Garnish with parsley and serve.
