Cherry Blossom Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. black cherry flavored gelatin
    2 c. plain yogurt (sour cream may be substituted by those with clear arteries)
    2 c. pitted Bing cherries (1 can sweet cherries may be substituted when fresh cherries are out of season)
    1/3 c. slivered blanched almonds (these are better if toasted in a microwave for 3 to 4 minutes)
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over gelatin in large bowl, stirring until dissolved.
    Add yogurt and blend.
    Add cherries and almonds. Chill until firm.
    Enjoy!
