Golden Cornmeal Muffins* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl.
    Combine eggs, butter and milk.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten. Spoon batter into greased 3-inch muffin pan cups, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
    Makes 12.
