Wild West Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain off fat.
    Add tomatoes and green chilies; cut cheese in chunks and add to sausage mixture and melt. Serve in chafing dish with large corn chips.
    Also good over baked potatoes.
