Mexican Sweet Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. long grain white rice
1 1/2 large cans lo-fat canned milk (add more to make creamy)
1/2 (scant) tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. white miniature marshmallows
10 Tbsp. sugar or 15 pkg. Equal
1 c. raisins, if desired
Preparation

Cook rice according to manufacturers directions.
Heat all other ingredients (except marshmallows). Do not bring to boil. Add to cooked rice, stir well and add marshmallows.
