English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can LeSueur peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sharp shredded cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients; put in baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Mix crackers in with melted margarine.
Put on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly hot.
If top begins to brown too quickly, cover lightly with foil.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
