Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli spears or cuts
    6 chicken breasts
    2 thighs plus 2 legs
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream with chives
    1 1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. white wine
    2 c. soft bread cubes
    cheese croutons
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Pick off bones and leave in large pieces.
    Thaw broccoli in boiling water.
    Drain well.
    Spread thin layer of sauce in extra long pan.
    Place next the broccoli over the sauce and next the chicken.
    Toss wine and bread cubes together.
    Drop over chicken.
    Spread remainder sauce over the casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese croutons on top.
    Bake 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    I usually only bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Yields 15 servings.
