Pat Leonard'S English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    6 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. water
    corn meal
Preparation
    Heat liquids until warm.
    Add yeast.
    Stir into 3 cups flour and other ingredients.
    Stir in enough of remaining flour as possible.
    (Dough will be stiff and tacky.)
    Spoon into 2 bread pans, greased and sprinkled with corn meal.
    Let rise and bake until done.
    Great when toasted.
