Drunk Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 small can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can cream of broccoli soup
    3 Tbsp. white cooking wine
Preparation
    Combine grated cheese and parsley flakes in a bowl. Wash chicken and pat dry. Bread both sides with the cheese and parsley combination and fry in 1/4 cup oil until slightly brown (very slight). Combine soup combinations and add cooking wine.
    Place chicken in baking dish and pour the soup mixture over it. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until mixture bubbles. Great served over rice.
