Imperial Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
    juice of 1 lemon
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine butter and garlic; set aside.
    Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper; stir well.
    Dip each chicken breast in butter mixture and coat with bread crumb mixture.
    Roll tightly, starting at narrow end, and secure with a toothpick. Arrange rolls in a shallow baking pan.
    Drizzle with remaining butter and lemon juice.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
