Cranraspberry Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cranberries
    1 c. sugar or 3/4 c.
    1 small pkg. raspberry jello or sugar-free
    1 c. finely sliced celery
    1/2 c. diced apples
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook the cranberries in 1 1/4 cups water until tender.
    Remove free-floating loose skins.
    Add sugar and cook an additional 5 minutes.
    Pour the boiling mixture over jello and stir until dissolved.
    Chill in the refrigerator until partially set.
    Add celery, apples, nuts and salt.
    Pour into a pretty mold and chill.
