Impossible Pumpkin Pie(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. granulated sugar substitute
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    2 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients until smooth (1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater).
    Pour into greased 9 x 1 1/4-inch or 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until knife inserted in center comes out clean (approximately 50 to 55 minutes).
    Makes 8 servings.
    One serving equals 120 calories or 1/2 bread, 1/2 milk and 1 fat exchange.
