Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes (about 3 lb.), scrubbed and cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 Tbsp. salt
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. crumbled bacon
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 small green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Put potatoes in large pot. Cover with water. Add salt; boil over high heat 10 to 15 minutes or until fork-tender. In skillet, fry bacon until crispy. Break into small pieces. Drain potatoes and let cool slightly. In large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Add the potatoes and mix well. Serve warm or cover and chill until ready to serve. Serves 6 to 8.
