Bachelor'S Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) beef roast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 small bottle Coke
1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
Preparation

Score roast in several places and fill scores with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Brown lightly on all sides in oil. Remove from pan and drain excess fat.
