Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 c. golden raisins
    1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt into a large bowl.
    Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.
    Stir in eggs with orange rind and orange juice; blend mixture into flour mixture.
    Stir just until flour is moistened.
    Fold in raisins, cranberries and nuts.
    Spoon into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes or until done.
