Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    5 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach.
    Add onions, stuffing mix, cheese and seasonings.
    Add eggs and margarine at once.
    Blend with a fork. Form into balls.
    Bake on greased sheet for 18 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May be frozen prior to baking.
    Yields 7 dozen.
    Great for parties.
