Family Favorite Puffy Brunch Or Dinner Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, separate yolks from whites
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    desired fillings: grated Cheddar cheese, bacon bits, mushrooms, chopped bell peppers, etc.
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer on high speed, until stiff, but not dry.
    In small mixing bowl, add water, salt and pepper to the egg yolks. Beat with beater used before until thick and lemon colored.
    Gently fold this mixture into beaten egg whites, being careful not to overmix.
