Honey-Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix
    milk,
    oil, egg and honey to remaining ingredients (that have
    been mixed).\tMix just enough to moisten.
    Fill 12 greased-floured or paper lined cupcake pans.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden brown.
