The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. Crisco (butter flavor)
1 1/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation

Combine Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until creamy.
Beat egg into creamed mixture.
Combine flour and baking soda to creamed mixture until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies or 11 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies.
Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes.
Move to cooling rack.
