Crustless Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini, sliced thin
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, diced
    1 large tomato, chopped
    3 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. low cholesterol egg substitute
    1/3 c. skim or nonfat milk
    garlic powder and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, green onions, chiles and tomato.
    Add cheeses; mix well.
    Pam spray pie plate.
    Put above ingredients in pie plate.
    Mix together egg substitute, milk, garlic powder and pepper.
    Pour over cheese and vegetable mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until set in center.
    Serves 6.
