Apple Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 packet Butter Buds, mixed with 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. finely shredded red cabbage (green cabbage can be substituted)
    1 c. green apple, unpeeled
    1 medium orange, peeled and chopped or 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine Butter Buds, yogurt, vinegar and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and toss to mix well.
    Chill.
