Dallas Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken drumsticks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 tsp. chives, finely snipped
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Sprinkle drumsticks with salt and pepper.
    Combine crumbs, cheese and chives.
    Dip chicken in butter; then roll in crumb mixture to coat well.
    Place in a flat baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
    Drizzle remaining butter over chicken.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until browned and cooked.
    Makes 6 servings.
