Banana Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (2)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix salad oil, sugar, eggs, flour, soda and salt well together.
    Then mix buttermilk, bananas and vanilla in the blender.
    Add the mixtures together and add pecans and coconut. Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Let it set in the pan for 15 minutes before turning out.
