Butterhorn Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. yeast, softened in 1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. warm milk
    6 beaten eggs
    8 c. flour
    2/3 c. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat milk, then cool a little; add oleo, sugar and salt.
    Add eggs and flour.
    Stir and knead.
    Raise until double.
    Knead down again.
    Divide into 4.
    Roll out onto a 16-inch circle.
    Cut into 12 to 16 pie shaped pieces.
    Roll from the wide end to the point. Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
