Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven
    to
    325\u00b0.
    Grease
    and flour 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add flour and cinnamon and blend. Stir in carrots and undrained pineapple.
    Bake about 1 hour.
    Cool completely and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
