Ingredients

3/4 c. flaked coconut
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. light cream or milk
1/3 c. cream of coconut
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Spread coconut in a thin layer in a large baking pan.
Spread almonds in small baking pan.
Bake both in a 350\u00b0 oven 5 to 10 minutes or until golden, stirring once or twice; set aside.
