Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. top round or sirloin, cut in bite-size pieces
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 medium can sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. catsup
    paprika, salt and pepper
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until transparent; add meat and brown. Add seasonings and sour cream.
    Cook until tender and add flour if it needs to be thickened.
    Serve with noodles and salad or veggie.
