Easy Lasagna And Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium heads romaine lettuce
    3 anchovy fillets or more to taste
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. garlic flavored croutons
    4 Hormel Micro Cup Meals - lasagna
Preparation
    Separate lettuce, discarding tough outer leaves.
    Wash and dry thoroughly.
    Tear into bite size pieces.
    In small bowl, mash anchovies.
    Stir in lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Whisk in oil until well blended.
    Place lettuce in salad bowl; pour dressing over.
    Toss gently.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss briefly.
    Prepare lasagna according to package directions.
    Remove to serving plates and serve with salad.
    Serves 4.
