Turkey Newburg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
2 c. diced cooked turkey
2 Tbsp. sherry wine
1 can mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Lightly grease 1 quart baking dish.
Spread rice in even layers over bottom of dish.
Top with turkey.
Blend soup and milk in sauce pan, stirring constantly.
Heat until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Pour sauce over turkey and rice in dish and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
