Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. rice
    1 medium onion
    2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All
    2 (16 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain.
    Put in large pan.
    Add Veg-All and tomatoes with juices and chopped onion.
    Mix together.
    Add rice. Cook on medium heat until rice is thick (about 1/2 hour).
    Stir as needed to prevent from sticking.
    Serve with crackers or cornbread.
    Great for cold, rainy days!
