Yummy Mound Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips
Preparation

Microwave on
High the butter or oleo in an 8 x 12-inch glass baking
dish
until
melted.
Stir\tin
crumbs and sugar until combined.
Press
mix
firmly
and\tevenly\tin bottom of dish. Stir
together
coconut and milk.
Spoon over crust and spread evenly.
Microwave\ton
Medium (50 % power) uncovered 9 to 11 minutes, rotating dish once.
Microwave chips in uncovered glass dish

to
3
minutes
until melted.
Stir until smooth.\tSpoon over coconut mix and spread to cover.
Refrigerate to set for 1 hour.
Cut into bars.
