Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon, flaked
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake in a well-greased loaf pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
