Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large apples
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed
Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Pare, core and slice apples. Combine sugar and cinnamon; mix with apples.
Put apples in greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Add flour and brown sugar to margarine and spread on top of the apple mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
