Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

4 chicken breasts
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. thyme leaves
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 lb. Mozzarella
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. white wine
ham slices
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Pound chicken.
Spread with butter and set aside.
Blend 3/4 cup butter, parsley, thyme and marjoram in saucepan.
Slice cheese thin.
Place in center of breasts, add ham; roll.
Coat in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
Arrange in well buttered dish.
Melt butter mixture and spoon over chicken.
Bake 20 minutes.
Pour wine over chicken and bake 15 more minutes.
