Quick Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen cube or country style potatoes
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 cube oleo
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 of the oleo in a baking dish or pan.
    Pour in potatoes, onion and seasoning.
    Top with rest of oleo and mushroom soup.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Stir. Return to oven for 15 minutes more.
    Stir again; top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes more.
