Garlic Grilled Chicken(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1 c. picante sauce
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place each chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Flatten chicken to 1/4-inch thickness, using meat mallet or rolling pin.
    Cut into 1-inch wide strips.
    Place chicken in a shallow container.
    Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over chicken; cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
    Thread chicken onto skewers; cook over hot coals 6 to 8 minutes or until done, turning occasionally and basting with remaining marinade.
    Serve with additional picante.
