Winter Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    zest of 1 orange
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 small head green cabbage, shredded
    2 carrots
    1 small red onion, chopped
    1 small bulb fennel, trimmed and chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, orange zest and juice, salt and pepper.
    Stir in cabbage, carrots, onion and fennel until well coated.
    Makes 8 servings.
