No Sugar-Low Fat Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

2 graham crackers, crushed (or 4 Tbsp. graham crackers)
1 pkg. (4 serving size) lemon sugar-free Jell-O
2/3 c. boiling water
1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
8 oz. pkg. light cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip light
Preparation

Spray 8-inch spring-form pan or 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; pour into blender.
Add cottage cheese and cream cheese, cover and blend at medium speed, scraping down sides occasionally.
Mix until completely smooth.
Pour in large bowl; stir in Cool Whip.
Pour in pans over graham cracker crumbs.
Chill until set, about 4 hours.
