Spicy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 1/4 oz.) box au gratin potatoes
    1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomato and green chilies (Ro-Tel)
    2 c. water
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cubed process American cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large pot, combine au gratin potatoes, corn, Ro-Tel and water. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 to 18 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add milk, cheese and seasoning. Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
