Maple Raisin Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick rolled oats
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine oats and sugar.
    Stir in oil, eggs and flavoring. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to oat mixture, blending well.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 3 1/4 dozen.
